Hells yeah Ya'll, its me your Combat Keeper, WetBlanket and today we are here with a request for a new combat Primer.
'How to do more then one move' - Newt
As always the intention of these Primers is to distill all of the rules into a pretty simple to read place to reference and update your own knowledge.
Let's cover some basic terminology that we'll be using henceforth.
Round: 3 - 5 seconds in which each character may take one or more actions.
Turn: The specific moment in which a single character take an action.
Initiative: The order, from highest to lowest, that the characters takes their actions in.
Action: Any thing a character does that changes positioning or the tide of the conflict.
With all the above said when combat starts you first roll Initiative to see when you can take your Actions on your Turn during the Round.

"But, Uncle Blanket, I NEED to do more than one thing during my Turn."
Yes, you can nephews and neices. But it makes it much more difficult. Every one can take Multiple Actions during a fight but you better really know how the systems works. Ohh, and Off hand Actions are a thing to so lets start with a fairly standard build and make up some fights.
Hinkle, Malkavian and Twinkle, Toreador both as Fledglings with basic stats.
Dexterity: 4 Dexterity : 3
Melee : 4 Melee : 4
Celerity : 0 Celerity : 1
Now they seem pretty evenly matched, Hinkle is a little faster and similarly skilled but Twinkle has some Celerity. Both of them Declare a Parry and Attack. (We'll go further into Declaring Actions and the strategies within in another Primer.
Initiative: Hinkle goes first and announces Multiple Actions. Hinkles very first action is effected by a -1 die and a +1 Difficulty, the second by -2 die and + 2 Difficulty
Twinkle declares a blood to Celerity, since Celerity gives him the first action with out the Difficulty penalty, only their second action has a +1 difficulty
Keep in mind, both characters have the Exact same number of dice if they declared a Single Attack/Defence. They both have 8 dice in DEX+MELEE, but lets look at how Multiple Actions work with and with out Celerity.
Hinkles first attack is at 7 dice with a 7 Difficulty while Twinkles Parry is at 7 dice at a 6 Difficulty. Still Pretty Close.
On Twinkles turn he attacks with 6 dice against a Difficulty of 7 and Hinkle Parries with 6 dice an a Difficulty of 8.
The difference with Multiple Actions versus Celerity is fairly close at lower levels and doesn't get drastic until later on in power, until you realize how many attack actions one can take.
"But, Uncle Blanket, I really NEED to attack as many times as possible in one round!"
The Absolute most number of times you can attack is 5, and here is how.
1) Main Hand Attack
2) Off Hand Attack <---- Is the largest number of Attack actions that can be taken without Celerity
3) Celerity 1
4) Celerity 3
5) Celerity 5 <---- Each Even level of Celerity give you an additional non-offensive action. (Defense/Move/Etc.)
